Lockheed Martin CEO: Business could be hurt if shutdown reoccurs

Lockheed Martin CEO Marillyn Hewson said Tuesday that the company averted major disruptions from the 35-day government shutdown but could face problems if Washington shutters itself again.

“Should [a shutdown] reoccur, it’s possible we could see some delay in 2019 awards and orders,” she said during a conference call announcing the company’s quarterly and year-end earnings. Read more here.
