NASA has picked a rocket for its 2021 mission to Jupiter’s unexplored Trojan asteroids

NASA’s pioneering 2021 mission to Jupiter’s Trojan asteroids from Cape Canaveral finally has a rocket.

After a competitive process, NASA announced Thursday that it had chosen United Launch Alliance to provide its Atlas V rocket for its Lucy mission, which will be the first to travel to the bevy of asteroids that share Jupiter’s orbit around the sun. Read more here.
