AireHealth, Omnimodal, Yaupon Brothers American Tea, and Xmdocs Advance to Rollins Venture Plan Competition Finals

Three Orlando startup accelerator graduates and one startup powered by the team from Luminar Technologies advanced to the Finals of the 2019 Crummer Rollins Venture Plan Competition after pitching with 12 other startups at the Semifinals yesterday afternoon at Rollins.

The four Finalists are:

AireHealth (Pitch by Cofounder and CEO Stacie Ruth. Management includes Luminar Technologies’ cofounder and CTO Jason Eichenholz and Chief Business Officer Scott Faris). Airehealth is providing a connected-portable nebulizer for the delivery of medication to the lungs for asthma, COPD, and cystic fibrosis patients.

Omnimodal (Pitch by Cofounders Nathan Selikoff and David Moran. Graduate of Rally Social Enterprise Accelerator, VentureScaleUp, and StarterStudio).  Omnimodal is providing cities with a comprehensive real-time transit data platform.

Yaupon Brothers American Tea (Pitch by Cofounders Kyle and Bryon White. Graduate of Rally Social Enterprise Accelerator). Yaupon Brothers is creating a tea using the Yaupon Holly, a Florida native plant.

Xmdocs (Pitch by Founder and CEO Jonathan Keating. Graduate ofStarterStudio). Xmdocs is providing real-time tracking and automation for shippers with a collaborative platform.

These four teams will vie for a share of a $50,000 cash prize pool at the Finals on Thursday, March 28 from 5:30-9 p.m. in the Bush Auditorium at Rollins. You can register to attend here.
