Lockheed Martin lands $106M deal to revitalize Apache helicopter

Lockheed Martin Corp. (NYSE: LMT) landed a $106.1 million contract with the U.S. Army Contracting Command, according to the U.S. Department of Defense.

An Orlando branch of Bethesda, Maryland-based Lockheed Martin will provide night sight sensor systems along with other technical services for the revitalization of the Apache attack helicopter. Lockheed Martin will develop an electro-optical sensor, or a Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor (M-TADS/PNVS). Read more here.
