UCF researcher: Entrepreneurs’ boardroom success might lie in the bedroom

A new study by a University of Central Florida professor found the secret to boardroom success might lie in the bedroom.

“Entrepreneurs who consistently choose hustle over sleep, thinking that sleep comes after success, may be subverting their efforts to succeed,” said Jeff Gish, the lead author on the study, in a prepared statement. “Everyone needs a good night of sleep, but it is especially important for entrepreneurs.” Read more here.
