Northrop Grumman, Lockheed win $600M+ in defense deals with work in Central Florida

Northrop Grumman Corp. and Lockheed Martin Corp. have snagged more big Central Florida defense contracts.

Falls Church, Virginia-based Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) won a $495 million contract to modernize the E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System aircraft for the U.S. Air Force. Work will be performed at the company’s facilities in Melbourne and Georgia, with an expected completion date of 2024. Read more here.
