J.P. Morgan invests $53M in local plant nutrient firm

A local manufacturer has closed one of the largest fundraising rounds seen in Central Florida this year. 

Zellwood-based Anuvia Plants Nutrients Corp. completed the round on Dec. 10, raising $53.8 million from New York-based J.P. Morgan Securities LLP, according to SEC filings. J.P. Morgan Securities is operated by investment bank J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM). Read more here.
