Video game players raise $3 million for charity in Orlando

A charity fundraiser that saw video game experts play marathon “speed run” sessions raised more than $3 million in Orlando last week.

Awesome Games Done Quick, which featured dozens of the best video game players in the world playing through titles like Super Mario Bros. 3, BioShock and other high-profile games quickly, received more than 54,000 donations from 80 countries for a total of $3.13 million. Read more here.
