Startup launched by ex-EA Sports workers targets mobile gaming

More than a decade ago, Mike Taramykin worked at EA Sports in Maitland when he noticed the success of free-to-play online video games overseas. 

“Before the iPhone, there were PC games in Asia that were giving games away and making more money from people wanting to buy more stuff [in the game] than we were trying to sell games for 60 bucks,” Taramykin told Orlando Business Journal. “It felt like, ‘How do you fight that business model?
