3 things to watch on UCF’s growing Lake Nona medical campus

The University of Central Florida is working to create a world-class health sciences campus in southeast Orlando’s burgeoning Lake Nona community.

The $175 million, 64-bed UCF Lake Nona Medical Center — the teaching hospital now rising through a partnership between the university and Nashville, Tennessee-based HCA Healthcare Inc. (NYSE: HCA) — will open in fourth-quarter 2020 after celebrating its most recent milestone, the building topping-off in May. Read more here.
