Autonomous vehicles and 3-D printers are just some of the technologies local companies are deploying to help address the squeeze the coronavirus pandemic has placed on the nation’s health care system.
The virus, which had infected more than 1.06 million people worldwide and 9,585 people in Florida as of April 3, has stressed health care systems around the globe. It’s created a demand for medical supplies, especially masks and ventilators.
