SpaceX set to launch GPS satellite for the Air Force tonight

SpaceX is moving ahead with plans to launch a next-generation GPS satellite for the U.S. Air Force tonight.

Built by Lockheed Martin, the GPS III SV-04 satellite is scheduled to launch atop a Falcon 9 rocket during a 15-minute window from 9:43 p.m. to 9:58 p.m. It’ll take off from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station’s launch complex 40. Read more here.
