Tech firm Healthe sued by its former landlord Tavistock for alleged unpaid rent

A Melbourne tech company — which sells ultraviolet disinfecting devices and saw a spike in interest during the pandemic — moved to a new Central Florida office. Meanwhile, its previous landlord alleges the firm failed to pay rent.

Healthe Inc.’s founder and Chief Scientific Officer Fred Maxik told OBJ the company has moved to Kissimmee. The company outgrew its space in Lake Nona and needed more room, he said.
